Born and raised in Southern Pines, NC, I have lived in North Carolina all of my life. After graduating from NCSU Design School, my interest in both coastal NC and renovating historic properties led me to Wilmington. I moved to Historic Downtown Wilmington in 1993 where I rehabbed several residential and commercial properties. My love of architecture & property preservation led to getting my broker's license in 2005. I have seen many changes in our real estate market, but the desirability of this beautiful coastal area has made it a financial boon for both individual homeowners and investors. My love of real estate and working with buyers and sellers is matched only by my passion for rescuing animals in need. I now live in the Masonboro area where my 5 rescue dogs, rescue cat and newly rescued duck have room to roam.
