Gloria Wood is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of industry experience. After working in development and vacation ownership she decided to help clients in a different capacity and guide them through the negotiation of purchasing and selling real estate. Her residential real estate career started at Carrington Real Estate Services. While at Carrington she learned to efficiently handle REO's,Short Sales and Foreclosures. Gloria also assists clients in the relocation process, providing guidance and support in renting or buying properties based on their preferences and needs. Her fluent Spanish allows her to assist the latin community with transparency and a great understanding of the homeownership process. Gloria feels home ownership is a very important life milestone and is driven, motivated and focused on her clients and their needs. When not working with clients she enjoys spending time with her family and cooking for them. One of her passions is motivating others to implement exercise, yoga, or meditation into your daily routine.
