It took 10 months to refinance my mortgage. I am a 3 time client. Never did it go so poorly. The processor did not collect all needed and kept coming back to ask for more. Then same things over again. Eventually it got done

The underwriter could have worked on the UCC while we were waiting on the appraisal process (two weeks).The NC escrow company should have had the title deed at the county on the day the three day right of rescission expired instead of a week...
