My name is Giovanni Robayo I'm from New York. I attended Suffolk County Community College before enlisting into our nation's armed forces. I then was eventually honorably discharged, but still craved the ability to work hard and help people in my everyday life. This is when I decided to go into the mortgage industry. I knew I had this drive, dedication to people and business knowledge would all work well together in this sector. I started out as a Banker Assistant but quickly progressed. During my time as an assistant, I aided one of the company's top producers in completing mortgages from start to finish. Using the knowledge gathered from these experiences, I had managed to build this reputation as a reliable loan officer who strives to provide each customer with the professionalism and care they deserve. I also recognized how confusing the loan process can be, which is why I not only stay up to date on any changes in the mortgage industry, but I stay in constant communication with my clients, too. I ensures that my customers will have a seamless and transparent experience while working with me. In my free time, I like to get outside as much as I can. I also enjoy hiking and mini road trips as ways to better explore nature.
