Gio Helou A Southern California native who grew up in the suburbs of LA, Gio Helou's love for Orange County began at a young age. Childhood summers spent in Newport Beach with his family, where theyd go to trade the city heat for the coast, instilled in Gio a fondness for the ocean and days spent in the sand and sunshine. Unable to ever venture too far from the water, Gio went on to graduate from Pepperdine University in Malibu, with a degree in Marketing and Theatre Arts. With a residential developer as a father and Realtor for a mother, it seemed only natural for Gio to follow in his parent's footsteps. Starting his career on the building side, Gio gained a unique edge in assessing a propertys value. Making the transition to real estate sales a few years ago, he swiftly created a reputation for his tenacity and negotiation prowess for his clients. When not immersed in the OC real estate world, Gio enjoys hitting the beach, riding motorcycles and enjoying life in Newport with his wife Tiffany and son Teddy.
