Gina M Wishard

Gina Wishard, Broker/Owner of Keystone Properties in Riverside California, has been practicing real estate since 1998. She grew up in Orange County and moved to Riverside County in 1985. Having lived in Southern California her entire life, Gina brings to her clients considerable knowledge and experience in the local real estate markets of Southern California. She started her career in real estate with Santa Rosa Developers closing sales for Gavilan Springs Ranch in Gavilan Hills. She assisted Buyers in choosing a building lot and a house plan, and then packaged the deal together for the client and the builder. She is also an investor, with several of her own rental properties and having built numerous custom homes and commercial properties over the last 25 years. She has the experience to 'run the numbers' and analyze the return on investment (ROI) for investors, builders and developers. In addition she has assisted Buyers in purchasing real estate through their Self-Directed IRA's. She enjoys seeing her clients reap the rewards of real estate investment. Helping first time Buyers locate a home is one of Gina's most rewarding endeavors. She loves to help people just getting started and believes that home ownership is the best way for people to get ahead in life and realize the American Dream. Working with sellers to price their properties competitively and to put her no-nonsense negotiating skills to work for her clients has always been very gratifying for Gina and keeps her and her clients motivated throughout the process. LAND, whether buying or selling, has always been one of Gina's greatest passions. With many years of practical experience in this area, she can direct those clients that want to build their own 'dream home' through all aspects of the building process. Gina has been married to Dan Wishard, Architect, for 28 years and has 2 boys both graduates of California universities. Gina loves to travel the world and considers landscaping one of her most satisfying hobbies. Relaxing to Gina means having her hands in the soil, turning a plot of dirt into a beautiful garden.
