Personal I am an Ohio native, born and raised in Southeastern Ohio. I am a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Natural Resources. I have been married 30 years and have two young adult children. I enjoy travelling, spending time with my family and working with my local church helping families who have been impacted by drug abuse and violence. Why Kingdom Realty? Many have asked me why I named my brokerage Kingdom Realty. In response, I would like to refer to the Bible in the very familiar verses of the Lord's Prayer. Matthew 6:10, 'Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven." Through my work each day I try to bring a little bit of heaven to those I come into contact with. In every circumstance I try to treat others as I would want to be treated and to handle every situation in a way that would be 'as it is in heaven', doing my best to display the qualities of integrity, honesty and courtesy at all times. In addition, Kingdom Realty contributes a portion of its profits back to the community through a local ministry that helps children of families in crisis due to drug and alcohol abuse and violent crime. Even if I can't permanently change their situation, I want these kids to know that something different exists, to get a glimpse of a better life and to experience a little bit of God's kingdom even in the midst of their turmoil. To this end is dedicated the everyday business activities of Kingdom Realty. Professional In the past 30+ years I have worked as a park naturalist, a pest control specialist, a children's pastor, a kindergarten teacher, a high school teacher, a homeschool mom, administrator for a real estate investor, contract manager for a commercial construction company, administrative assistant for a real estate office, a licensed real estate agent, and now a licensed real estate broker. I have also owned several businesses along the way and am currently owner and principal broker of Kingdom Realty. I represent both buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income producing property in central Ohio. I specialize in bank owned and foreclosure properties and have worked with many investors as well as first time or move up home buyers. I have a good track record of repeat business!
