Gerry received his real estate license in 2004 and started career in Real Estate the same year. Prior to that, he had a Bachelor of Science in Nursing working as a registered nurse. Since buying his first home, Gerry always has been curious about real estate and joined Tarbell for the convenience and knowledge. It did not take long for Gerry to realize that the convenience was only the tip of the iceberg. Soon enough, he learned the BEST company that has been in the business yesterday, today and definitely, will be there tomorrow committed to give excellent service to its clients. As a healthcare professional, Gerry has a natural affinity to help others, offer services and make things better for the patients. With the coaching that Tarbell, Realtors provide to their agents, he felt like he never left the healthcare field. What he does as an agent is parallel to being an RN - instilling hope or simply making people know that things will get better; acquiring their dream home from a multiple offer transaction, successfully converting a future foreclosure into a sale that would benefit the homeowner in the long run and helping people realize their dreams. Gerry achieved the NEW Champion award on his first year in 2004 and achieved the President's Circle Award in 2006 by closing over 20M closed production or transactions. Gerry has been consistently receiving the Platinum recognition to date. In 2015, he received the following recognitions - Platinum, Most listings taken, Most closed transactions, #1 Title and #1 Hartford Escrow in Inland Empire. Most closed transactions in 2013, 2014 & 2015. These awards motivated Gerry to further exceed his expectations and to do better year after year.
