My real estate career began as a loan officer for a mortgage banker in Los Angeles. I left my previous career as an engineer for the US Air Force to "get into" real estate. Most of my engineering colleagues thought I was crazy to make the change, and that may very well be, but after all these years I'm still here and loving it every day. What attracted me to the real estate business wasthe chance to use my knowledge and skills to helppeople attain their dreams in a very tangible way.I've been trained to be a tough negotiator, and I'm a master of thereal estate "process". But, where I really earn my commission is my ability to see and find value for my clients. Finding value is recognizing a property's full potential and seeing how to realize and maximize that potential to benefit my clients. This is when my design and architectural experience becomes an important benefitto my clients.Some of mybest memories are from helping clients buy their first home - then watching their family grow and helping them move to a larger home. This isthe foundation of my business, referrals and repeat clients.
