As of this January 25th 2018, I hit my 25th year mark in the Mortgage business. I absolutely love my job and the challenges it brings with it. My Mortgage world is forever changing and guidelines and programs are very fluid, so it takes a sincere devotion to the business to stay on top of your game. I started as Rookie of the Year with Chase Manhattan Mortgage in 1993, grew from Loan Officer to my final position of Regional VP managing 5 branches with 14 loan officers & 5 support staff in the 15 years I spent at Chase. Then I opened a Net Branch for Benchmark, spent some time at Prospect Mortgage, a few years at another N CA Mortgage Co, and am now here at PHE, Peoples Home Equity Based out of Tennessee, with Western Corp office in Concord CA. I have my core team still intact and have excellent Operations and Underwriting systems in place. I get over 94% of the loans I submit, closed, the avg loan officer is closer to 68%! I am a Purchase driven Loan Officer and we are currently closing purchase transactions in 18-21 days on average. I work with only the very BEST Realtor's in the business. They are truly focused on getting my Pre-Approved Buyers the very best deal they can and if any issues arise during the transaction, they immediately get on it and stay on it till everything is resolved. I bring tremendous information and value to the transaction and I convey that information to my clients in terms they totally understand. I have systems in place with my team to make sure all clients & referral partners get a status each step of the way so they know where the loan always is in the process. Speaking of my Team, I am truly Blessed to work with a GREAT Team here, Jennifer and Patty have over 50 yrs combined experience and Melissa is our newest member who puts our clients needs at the top of her list every day. We pride ourselves on returning all calls as promptly as possible and making ourselves as available as possible to our clients at all times. I am a strong communicator and am a relationship driven person. Everyone involved in my transactions knows what is happening from the minute we start, till the deal is done. I attend over 95% of my closings so my clients can feel comfortable knowing I am there to stand by my numbers that I promised them when they started the transaction.
