George Winters

George Winters grew up in Lincolnton, NC and attended the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa where he received a BA in History. Upon graduation, George began coaching basketball, both at the high school and collegiate levels. He later left coaching behind for the business world to work in sales. George's sales successes fueled a desire to pursue one of his lifelong interests--selling real estate. Having family already living in the area, George decided that a move to the Triangle seemed like an ideal fit for pursuing this real estate dream. He soon found the thriving real estate market in Chapel Hill and the proximity to family made it the perfect choice for him. In his spare time, George loves watching Alabama football and everything related to the Crimson Tide. He enjoys golfing on all the Triangle's great courses, spending time with his extended family, and most of all, being with his son Tripp. George is eager to help you find your next home or sell your existing one. His personal, hands-on approach with his clients means he is available to you and is more than willing to explain the buying and selling process.
