My name is Geoff DelGrosso and I am an ambitious entrepreneur and licensed Realtor with over 19 years of strong work ethic, passion to get the job done, and customer service experience. I am the current owner of Titans Gym in Mentor, Ohio since 2001. Over the last two decades I have grown the Titans Brand to four locations across four different counties in Ohio. During this time, I have also owned successful tanning salons and health food restaurants. All the while, my enthusiasm for real estate and rental properties grew and I purchased my first rental property in 2003. I developed a love for the house purchasing and investing processes. After 17 years in the fitness industry, I decided I needed to slow down to smell the roses. After selling three of my facilities, I wanted to devote more time to my original "baby" in Mentor and I also craved a new challenge. That challenge was becoming a licensed Realtor! Recently, I did just that, I became a licensed Realtor. I will work tirelessly for you as I have with all of my members and training clients. I understand the complexities of buying not only a personal residence, but also business assets and investment properties. I have a nose for a good deal and vision to see what others may not. I am a dedicated husband and father to five children. I also remain passionate about staying in shape and helping others reach not only their fitness goals, but now also their real estate goals!
