Gen Dalley is a highly creative person. She understands houses at a level many don't (from the ground up). She has literally had her hands on every part of the building process from laying rebar in the foundation to the furniture decor. Gen can walk into any home point out a flaw faster than an inspector could fix most of them with HER own tools too! As an experienced designer artist, she can transform any space into something truly amazing. She has a passion for baking, fashion, design, marketing, the outdoors, woodworking, hosting parties, watching Dateline NBC (shhhh, Keith Morrison is talking about a quiet street in a cul de sac..or was it?). Growing up in the the Redwoods, Rocky Mountain, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reef, created for a deep love for hiking and exploring. For her, visiting the National Parks feels like going home! Her and her husband Brendan, have raised 6 kids together and have one left at home who is a senior in high school. Gen comes from a family of 10 children and is clearly the favorite child. She is lucky enough to have her parents in town so she can keep an eye on them, and make sure her 83 year old Dad isnt climbing his trees with a chain saw (this could be where she gets her crazy work ethic from)! She has made Southern Utah her home since moving here after high school in 1993. Gen has seen the growth of the area and welcomes it, except when driving down river road at 4 PM (pro tip: avoid that at all cost!) She is beyond thrilled to share her love passion of all things real estate with her clients!
