For a tax service, they were warm, communicative and offer snacks to comfort you meanwhile as you wait. The place is a bit busy, but they do take time to answer every question and reassure your concerns. They promptly assisted us with our taxes...

Had a 5pm appointment on a Monday, and was still waiting to be seen at 6:30pm.

So nice and professional, I've never had such an easy experience with my taxes.

I'd recommend him to everyone that I know. They are the best of the best!

If I could give a zero star to this Tax Service... I would. On April 6, I had called his office to follow up on my tax forms submission for I haven't received a call or an email. Was told they were waiting for payment until they submit it....

Too bad that there is no zero star. They are so unprofessional. They made a mistake and said it was a customer’s fault. I paid more than $400. Never go there. Waste of money!!
