I have been a Full Time Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent since 2001. Following in my father's footsteps, I am a second-generation Florida Realtor. I have mostly worked Key West and the Lower Florida Keys, but have also branched up to cover the Villages and Central Florida. I offer professional services in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales, Rentals, and Property Management. I have worked with both buyers and sellers, as well as investors. I have a strong knowledge of both 1031 Exchanges and Reverse 1031s and a vast database of professionals who facilitate these transactions. With over 24 years of experience in the Real Estate field, I have long-term relationships with Mortgage Lenders, Real Estate Attorneys, Licensed Title Companies, Licensed Home Inspectors, Licensed Contractors, Licensed Locksmiths, Handymen, Landscapers, and House Cleaners. The Florida Building Codes can be tricky and tough to decipher, but I have years of experience working alongside Licensed Building Contractors, State and County Building Departments, and Planning Departments. I am well versed in the strict environmental impact rules in the Florida Keys.I believe there is no such thing as a Monday through Friday 9 to 5 Realtor. I make myself available to my clients in person, by phone, text message, or email 7 days a week between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. When a good property comes on the market, I make sure my buyers know about it immediately and when a hot buyer comes to town, I make sure my sellers' homes get seen. The Real Estate Business is a fast-paced industry, and I am a fast-paced Realtor keeping up with my clients and the constantly changing market conditions.Information and local knowledge are two key ingredients for a successful Real Estate Agent. I have lived in the Florida Keys for 29 years, served on nonprofit boards, fundraising committees, and Rotary, and been a member of the Key West Business Guild. I know the Florida Keys as well as any Realtor. With my Parents living in The Villages for 18 years, I have spent a lot of time there as well and am a Member of the Central Florida MLS and several social clubs in the area giving me the Local Knowledge a successful Realtor needs.Gary
