Staying plugged into the local real estate market helps me in making the negotiation process a bit easier. In addition, clarifying upfront my buyers' and sellers' expectations allows the negotiation process to be much more directed and goal focused.In today's ever-changing market, buyers and sellers need a seasoned committed realtor looking out for their best interests.
