A native of Portsmouth, VA, I have lived in Portsmouth and the Western Branch area of Chesapeake my entire life. After graduating from Western Branch High School and Old Dominion University, with a degree in business, I spent many years in the sporting goods business, owning Kessler Athletic Supply in Portsmouth. In 1996, I began a 16 year career as an airline pilot with Comair, a subsidiary of Delta Airlines , 11 of those years as Captain on the Canadair CL-65 jet aircraft. I have been interested in real estate for many years and have been an active real estate investor since 2005. With the decision by Delta to close Comair, I decided to build on the knowledge I have gained as an investor and devote my self full time to the real estate business.
