I misunderstood some of the terms of the loan. Garry and his team didn't make me feel inferior for not knowing, they exercised patience and made sure I understood what was going on. I would definitely use their services again!!!

Making sure the deadline is met. It should not take almost 2 months for a cashout refi of 61% LTV to close.
