Garret Barnes graduated from St. Stephen's Episcopal School inBradenton, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wake ForestUniversity at Winston-Salem, North Carolina, in May 1987, and earned his JurisDoctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida,in May 1991. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1991.Garret is married with three children.
