I have been a Realtor for so long it is engrained in my being. It began in my early twenties, working for my mother who was a Real Estate Broker, which took me into over 4 decades of Real Esate. I had worked for a few offices and eventually branched out opening my own Century 21 in Windsor from 1980 - 1992. I trained and mentored 32 agents into some of todays most successful in the industry, teaching to always place the clients needs before their commission. We also built many homes in the Greater Hartford area, specializing in new home subdivisions and representing buyers. Throughout the years we listed and sold many homes, earning many outstanding sales awards from Century 21. I served the community on the Windsor Chamber of Commerce board of directors for and served two consecutive terms as the Chamber of Commerce President. Eventually I sold the business and moved to the shoreline where I have made Clinton and Westbrook my home for 23 years. I have found that living here is the closest thing I know to bliss. Since the move, I opened Gail Garrity Realtors Inc, and over the past 23 years have sold residential homes and condos. I've specialized in selling beach and waterfront related homes. I am the owner broker of my own company specializing in Sales and Listings on the CT shoreline as well as selling and renting timeshares for Water'sEdge Clients ..
