I was born and raised on a small island in Brazil and learned from a young age the importance of exploring new places. After living in Southern California, Santa Monica and Venice for 13 years, I craved a small community similar to where I grew up in Brazil. I also wanted to provide my kids with the same kind of slow-paced, island-lifestyle. When we arrived on the Garden Island of Kauai, we settled in immediately and felt at home. I'm an entrepreneur at heart and have started my own successful small businesses and climbed my way to being a top producer at various sales organizations. I have worked in multiple settings throughout my real estate career. My first experience was with fractional vacation ownership sales. Within a year at the company I became a presenter and selling manager. However, my passion is in residential real estate. I am committed to providing excellent service from the start to beyond closing. I carefully and actively listen to my clients to ensure we are achieving their goals. For sellers, I dedicate my effort to smart strategies to quickly accomplish their goals. I prepare a detailed needs analysis, pricing strategy, staging, marketing plan, and assist with evaluating offers, negotiations, pre-closing preparation, and post closing needs. For buyers, I focus on productively searching and negotiating for the properties they want with an outstanding natural ability to connect the others and a deep knowledge of Kauai's market. From start to finish, I help my clients get a focused and clear picture of their property needs, guide them through the loan process (if needed) and develop a clear understanding of the market, the steps to home buying in Hawaii, vendor coordination for inspections, and provide closing consultation and more. In my free time, you will find me enjoying time with my two beautiful children walking the beach, in the ocean surfing, dancing to Brazilian music, hiking, camping or exploring this amazing Garden Island.
