We work together to come up with a design that meets their goals in the most cost-effective manner possible. Our designs and finishes are creative and unique, not the same old, same old. OUR goal is YOUR goal. We use new and innovative products, that are thoroughly researched and proven, where feasible. We treat the job site as if it's our own home, keeping the site clean and organized, paying special attention to keeping dust and debris to a minimum, especially in unaffected areas of the home. We strive to align ourselves with the best specialty subcontactors available - only those with the best reputations will do. Lastly, we don't leave until the whole project, every little detail, is completed. Our best asset - our final bid is what you will pay - no surprises at the end of your project. Only changes to the project initiated by the client, encouraged by Fruition to improve the initial design and approved by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances, such as mold or termite mitigation, would affect the bottom line and would be fully disclosed and discussed mid-project. We are in constant contact with the client throughout the project, either on-site or a phone call away, to answer questions. Bids and designs are free. If you decide our chemistry is not right, you may purchase your design and take it with you to another Contractor. We pride ourselves on our customer service, repeat business and word of mouth.
