I grew up in the Greenbrier Valley area of West Virginia, later moving to Roanoke, Virginia where I lived until moving to Florida in 1980. I first settled in the Plantation, Ft. Lauderdale area, later moving to Hollywood Beach, Miami and Palm Beach areas on the East coast of Florida for 22 years until finally moving and settling in 2002 on the Southwest, Gulf coast side of Florida. My combined career experience on both coasts includes: Vice President/Manager/Commercial Lender/Association Services for various Banks, Processor & Underwriter for Mortgage Companies & Banks, Re-sale and Leasing Director for a Property Management Company personally handling 38 Condo Associations as well as SVP/Administrator/Broker for a Miami Real Estate Developer who renovated, historic South Beach properties into elderly housing units. Having worked in all these different areas has given me a great background to be able to assist my Clients whether it be listing and selling their properties and/or finding just the right dream home for them. I believe in representing my client(s) professionally, giving them my personal attention and treating them as I would like to be treated.
