Documents that were sent weeks in advance that needed changes were only brought up during the week of closing. Emails that were sent contained words that were shortened assuming we know what they mean. For example, an email for a VOE was requested....

Roland Weedon, our president was a former teacher in England (county of Essex) before moving to the states to start a family. When he came to the states to start a family, he began a new career in the mortgage industry but he did not lose sight of his teaching roots.
Helping to educate borrowers on their financial options instead of telling them what to do helped foster positive and long lasting relationship.
Some of our employees having been with us 5, 10 and even 20+ years! Their dedication shows in their interaction with everyone we work with, doing what's best for the borrower and not our bottom line.
