Frank is a Florida native of a Navy family. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Business and Accounting. He pursued a career in business, starting in sales and management with IBM, then moving on to Merrill Lynch, where he worked as a stockbroker. He moved to Atlanta, starting his acting career, and is a 41-year vested member of the Screen Actors Guild, under the screen name Frank Hart. He acquired over 300 principal roles in movies, commercials, and corporate film narration. He appeared in movies with actors such as Wesley Snipes (Passenger 57), John Cassavetes (For Us the Living), and Hulk Hogan (No Holds Barred).
