Hello,i am a sole proprietor licensed general contractor/finish carpenter,i perform all projects myself, been in finish trades for close to thirty years. I enjoy what i do & like to have my clients totally involved in the project with your ideas & input, along with my experience we will create the finished project you desire. The projects i do are all within the existing footprint of your home, i do not do additions, however i can do the finish work listed in my profile & much more. I consider myself a perfectionist in all of the trades i have learned over the years & have perfected some to better than industry standards that i have seen in newer homes. I have several clients i work for on a regular basis,usually a project every year, we are doing projects room by room to upgrade existing old work. Sub contractors are needed at times for electrical & plumbing.
