Frank was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He is a graduate of St John's University ('86), with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Frank previously worked at Drexel Burnham Lambert as well as Lehman Brothers before pursuing an opportunity to join Smith Barney in 1990. He has remained with the firm throughout its conversion to Morgan Stanley.With 30 years of experience as a fully licensed investment professional, Frank implements wealth management strategies for clients by concentrating on portfolio management.
