Mr. Williams primarily practices in the areas of probate/estate and trust administration, estate planning, elder law (including Medicaid, guardianships and conservatorships) and real estate transactions. He has appeared in the State of New Jersey before the Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate, Law, Special Civil and Chancery Divisions, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, New Jersey Office of Administrative Law, and various Municipal Courts. He also has appeared in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania before the Orphan's Court. Mr. Williams has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at Stetson University College of Law in the subject of Ethics and Professionalism. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers in Estate Planning & Probate, Elder Law, Estate & Trust Litigation as a "Rising Stars" consecutively from 2013-2020.* Professionally, he is a member of the Morris County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc., American Bar Association, and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA). While in law school, Mr. Williams served as a Courts Intern in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, of the State of Florida, in and for Hillsborough County working with Magistrate and County Judges in the Probate, Guardianship, Trust and Mental Health Division. Mr. Williams further worked as a Teacher's Fellow to Prof. Rebecca C. Morgan, Boston Asset Management Chair in Elder Law, Center for Excellence in Elder Law at Stetson University College of Law. In his free time, Mr. Williams enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf with friends, and traveling. He is a Past Master of Fidelity Lodge #113, F. & A.M., and currently serves an officer of the Grand Lodge of New Jersey. He is also currently Potentate of Salaam Shriners, Inc. He holds various state and international honors and awards of DeMolay International, and presently serves New Jersey DeMolay as a Director.
