He has tried numerous jury trials to verdict and has handled countless depositions, evidentiary and motions hearings, and mediations. Frank has served as an EEOC compliance monitor pursuant to federal court consent decrees in various matters alleging violation of the ADEA and Title VII, including allegations of sexual harassment. Frank was appointed by a federal judge to serve as a Special Master in a large class action lawsuit under the Fair Labor Standards Act litigated in U.S. District Court in Colorado.Frank graduated with honors from the University of Florida, College of Law.
