Dean is licensed to practice law in PA, CA, NY, TX, MD, and the US Virgin Islands.Prior to practicing law, Dean was a US Marine and law enforcement officer. In 1999, Dean left law enforcement to continue his education. He completed his undergraduate studies at Eastern University. Dean received his jurris doctorate in 2006 from Penn State's Dickinson School of Law. While completing his law school education, Dean was an intern with the Cumberland Country District Attorney's Office. Following law school, he worked for the appellate division of the Clark County (Las Vegas) Nevada District Attorneys Office, the Lancaster County Pennsylvania District Attorneys Office, and a small civil litigation firm in York Pennsylvania.Dean owned and operated his own practice from 2010 until 2022. Currently, Dean is the Managing Director of Morgan Strategic, LLC. Here, he provides oversight of all LCR functions: Legal Management, Risk Management, and Crisis Management/Response for a diverse group of affiliated and unaffiliated companies in the restaurant, petroleum, real estate, medical device, and engineering industries across the nation.
