Felicia began her real estate career in Coronado over twenty years ago and has extensive experience in the sales and marketing of residential and commercial properties. In addition to managing the sales staff, Felicia provided support to the development and construction team for a luxury highrise 202 unit condominium and commercial project in downtown San Diego. Felicia is a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and completed the Graduate Realtor's Institute (GRI). As a long time Coronado resident, Felicia currently owns and resides at Coronado Shores and brings a combination of experience and knowledge to meet the needs of clientele.
