Felicia is a native New Yorker and has traveled the world extensively. She obtained a Master's in Business Administration in Barcelona, Spain and Doctorate of Philosophy in Religious Studies. She is active in her community because she is an ardent believer that "service is the rent she pays for the space she occupies while on this earth". She is serving her sixth year as a member of her local school board of education, of which, four years have been as Board President.
