My practice includes estate planning, business planning, probate, trust termination, guardianships, adoptions, family planning, consumer law and real estate development. I have been a speaker for seminars on the topics of real estate, contracts, estate planning, and the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act and has provided testimony before the Ohio House and Senate with regard to changes to the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act as it relates to home builders. In addition to being a licensed attorney, I am also a licensed title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and co-owner of Midland Title Agency of Union County and Midland Development Services, LLC. I live in Marysville with my husband Jim Cox and my two children. In addition to practicing law, I am also a owner of a golf course, The Ridge Golf & Gardens, which combines my husband's love of golf and my love of gardening. We are active in our community especially in the area of adoption. Together, we have established the Elizaveta Fund which helps local families with the cost of adoption of orphans.
