My name is Greg Bennett, Jr. I was born March 26, 1988 in Cheverly, MD and have resided in Southern Maryland my entire life. By spending my entire life in Maryland, I am easily able to help any family buy and/or sell any house in this state due to my lifelong knowledge of the area. I began my real estate career in June of 2013 and signed up with First Choice Realty in Mechanicsville, MD. Since then, the success of my career has turned into something I could have only dreamt of! I have helped many families, friends, strangers and investors sell their homes, buy new homes, buy first homes, flip homes, short sale homes, foreclose a house or rent homes! In August of 2016, I began my journey with EXIT Landmark Realty. I stayed with this amazing company for 22 months before I decided to open my own EXIT franchise in Mechanicsville, MD in June of 2018 which is called EXIT Here Realty. This took plenty of training, experience and guidance to make this happen but I was able to successfully pull it off. Growing up in a very technological world has allowed myself to learn and master all of the marketing techniques/tools available through the use of technology. The EXIT brand has an incredible technology department that allows of the franchises and agents that are a part of this amazing brand have the latest and greatest technology available to real estate professionals and their clients. This allows all of my listings to get the maximum exposure possible! I base my real estate career on one huge aspect; I want to be the agent that my first agent wasnt. This means ALWAYS being in touch, ALWAYS returning calls promptly, and ALWAYS staying on top of my clients requirements. Waiting a day, or two, or three, to call a client back is UNACCEPTABLE! A day in the real estate world can be a make or break a deal! My first agent I ever used was very slow at returning calls and answering questions. She once waited three days to return a call which led to my chance to buy my dream house going under contract prior to my agent returning my call. I strive to make sure my clients never receive any treatment like that nor will they ever experience me not returning calls promptly. Communication skills plays a huge role in this industry I am committed to ensuring all my clients have the least stressful deal possible. This is aimed to both my buyers and sellers!
