EVE SHABTO focuses her practice primarily on representing individual and corporate clients in connection with investigations and enforcement actions by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and state securities enforcement authorities. Eve also has experience in white collar criminal matters, whistleblower complaints, and internal investigations related to regulatory inquiries. Prior to joining Sidley, Eve worked at another global law firm. While attending Columbia Law School, Eve served as managing editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems .
