Evan is originally from Baltimore Maryland, where he lives with his unwell father, beautiful daughter and his lovely pitbull. Evan is a very caring type of person with a funny side as well Evan finished high school and did a year of college in NY, he went on to pursue a career in truck driving, but he realized that he was not cut out to be a truck driver and really did not like it. Evan decided to look for something else that he might enjoy doing, always staying optimistic in his search, he became a radio show host, where he had the opportunity to meet people from interesting industries and backgrounds. Evan still was not satisfied because of being such an ambitious soul, currently Evan is a licensed Real Estate agent in Florida and Maryland, Evan says this is his bread and butter now. He has worked for a few real estate brokerages and picked up different skills from all of them, Remax, Keller Williams, Preferred Realtors, and currently Certified Realty Group. He is great at negotiating prices for his clients and getting the house that they are aiming for. Also skilled with locating investment property. On his journey he got the chance to train with some of the best in the business. Evan also has a side profession which he is very passionate about, he is a skilled clothier at Jos A Bank. Evan moonlights his skill to style menswear, Evan enjoys the art of styling people part time. Evan's idea of vacation is watersports and palm trees. His biggest challenge has been having to spread himself so thin taking care of home and still delivering quality service to his clients, but he says his advice to others is to always be empathetic of others because you do not know what they are going through in their lives.
