Eva graduated from the Otto Friedrich University in Bamberg, Germany with a Masters's degree in education. She started her career as a teacher in Nuremberg and her ambitious drive, her eye for details, and the urge to always be on the top, shortly got her promoted to work as a teacher for the State of Bavaria. Over those years she not only gained a lot of experience in problem-solving-oriented thinking and good listening, she also knows how to negotiate.
