Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had from a service provider. You should avoid using this firm at all costs.
This place is a joke. Sears subcontracted them to fix my dryer. It's been month now.
A call them / leave messages. NO ONE ANSWERS. NO RESPONSE. BEWARE OF THESE COMPANY. You get the run around.
