Erica Ann Skerl

I focus my practice on the unique needs of our senior population. This focus includes the areas of elder law, Medicaid planning, wills, powers of attorney, advanced directives, probate, trusts, guardianship, and tax planning. I am a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association, Cleveland Bar Association, and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. Further, I am accredited by the Veterans Association to give advice to our Veterans on benefits they may be entitled to. I received my Bachelor of Arts Magna Cum Laude from Clemson University in 2000 and my Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude from the University of Akron School of Law in 2007. I am active in my community and church, serving on several boards and committees. I reside in Copley, Ohio with my husband and son.
