Born and raised in Hawaii, Erica Taliaferro was first inspired to begin a career in real estate after purchasing her first home in Hawaii. "It was such a great experience," explains Erica, "I wanted to be able to help people achieve their real estate goals and dreams while fostering relationships and making new friends." Motivated by her own real estate journey, Erica obtained a Hawaii Real Estate license in 2011 and has since committed to continued real estate education and learning, earning the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and NAR's e-PRO(r) (mastery of the advanced digital marketing techniques of today). Erica has worked with countless First Time Home Buyers, Investors and Buyers and Sellers from a variety of places across the world. Her clients' upmost satisfaction in her service drives her to keep learning and honing her skills. Concurrent to practicing real estate, Erica is a active Partner of Menchie's Frozen Yogurt across Oahu. In this role, Erica has had the opportunity to establish the skills required for successful business ownership and management, including high-level strategizing, respectful and tactical negotiation, and relationship management with various parties, among many others. Erica is considerate, empathetic and genuinely enjoyable to work alongside with. Erica loves to spend her free time with her daughter, Reia. Whether they are going to the park, walking their dogs Toby and Mika, or splashing in the pool together, Erica is grateful for the quality time she is able to spend with her family. Erica states, "Having a daughter has helped me to appreciate time and has given me a new perspective on life. It is the simple things in life that mean the most."
