One of the ways he does this is by educating his borrowers throughout the loan process. Professionally, Eric has served on many committees for The Tucson Association of REALTORS and the Southern Arizona Mortgage Lenders Association. He also volunteers for Habitat for Humanity.

The department maintains a recovery fund to make payments of certain actual out of pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed mortgage banker residential mortgage loan originators.
