About Eric and Lisa Featherstone Lisa and Eric of Team Featherstone have over 40 years in marketing, sales, and management of homeowners and condominium associations. Lisa has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience with a multibillion-dollar, international electronics supplier. Lisa's engaging personality, drive and passion enhances her client relationships. While holding an associate degree in paralegal studies, Lisa turned her attention to sales with a small, custom electronics company, located in Kent, Washington. Through three separate acquisitions over the years, she now handles sales both domestically and internationally with Vishay America where she has been the top salesperson with over 20 million in sales, annually. Eric, with over 20+ years managing non-profit associations, also serves as the General Manager for Wapato Point Resort (Manson, WA) and GrandView on the Lake (Chelan, WA). In addition, he oversees numerous other Homeowner and Condominium associations. Eric has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Systems and holds other credentials including, Certified Association Executive (CAE), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and the Institute of Organization Management (IOM) designation. Lisa and Eric have three adult children and have a strong family network that resides in both the Chelan and Wenatchee area. Typical of a great team, together they share many hobbies, including golfing, boating and fishing. Lisa and Eric look forward to helping others acquire their dream home just like they were able to do here in the Lake Chelan Valley.
