He has built his reputation on quick close purchase transactions, no cost refinance loans and efficiently navigating complex mortgage scenarios. Eric brings a unique perspective of having been employed at both large and small lending institutions in both the sales and operational roles. This experience has been proven valuable to his clients and business partners. Eric is a South Shore native who lives in Duxbury with his wife and two children. Away from the office, he enjoys traveling with his family. His personal interests also include biking, the beach, and running road races. Participating in road races allows Eric the chance to challenge himself personally while raising money for a good cause.
