Eric has served as the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery (ADCS) since July 2017. Prior to that he held a Regional Vice President of Operations & Acquisitions position with the company for three years. Throughout his career, Eric has served as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients and employers on a wide range of health care related corporate, transactional, compliance, risk management and operational matters. Prior to joining ADCS, Eric served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for the Eastern Division of Reachout Healthcare America (RHA), the nation's largest mobile dental provider, from 2012 to 2014. From 1996 to 2011, he was a member of the executive leadership team at Beaumont Health, a multi hospital, thirty thousand employee health system head quartered in Royal Oak, Michigan. During his tenure at Beaumont, Eric served as a Staff Attorney (1996), Director of Legal Affairs at Troy Beaumont (2001), Vice President of Operations, Ambulatory Services (2006), and Senior Vice President of Alternate Sites of Care (2009). Before joining Beaumont Health, Eric practiced as a medical malpractice defense litigation attorney for five years at the law firms of Kitch, Saurbier, Wagner & Kenny, P.C., and Saurbier & Associates, P.C. located in Detroit, Michigan. Eric is a graduate of Michigan State University (1988) and the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law (1991). He has also obtained a Health Care Management Certificate from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan (2009).
