Eric Ryden is the Managing Broker/Owner of Quad Cities Iowa Realty in Moline, IL. He has served as President of the Quad City Area REALTOR Association, the REALTOR Political Action Committee, the MLS Committee, and he was the Federal Political Coordinator for the Illinois 17th Congressional District. He was named as the Quad City Area Illinois REALTOR of the Year in 2012. Eric has retired from the US Navy for 20 years and served on active duty in Iraq in 2007. Eric received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas in 1991 and received his Master of Science degree in Education from Western Illinois University in 1999. Chad Cox joined The Ryden Team in January 2013 after spending 12 years in the finance/sales field. He currently serves on the Realtor Political Action Committee for The Quad City Area REALTOR Association. He has worked with the Business Intern Program at Moline High School. Chad was born and raised in the Quad City Area and graduated from Orion High School, where he excelled at wrestling and football.
