He also has years of experience, managing over 40 rental properties for his family in the Sacramento/ Stockton area, and is currently the assistant property manager at Surfcat Rentals in Santa Cruz, California. Ephan graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Technology and Information Management at the University of California Santa Cruz. In his free time, he has a plethora of activities that he enjoys doing.
