Enrique Ruiz, is President of E&L Insurance Services, Inc.,in Miami, Florida.In 1995 Enrique decided to move to Miami to be closer to his family and founded E&L Insurance in 1996. He has appeared on Television and Radio programs to educate consumers on a wide range of insurance topics. Enrique has served on a variety of Insurance related groups including, the Progressive Insurance Company's agent's council and in the committee for the drafting of the Home Owners' Policy & Claims Bill of rights chaired by the honorable Robin Westcott.
