Emily M. Holpert is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Chicago office. Ms. Holpert focuses her practice on matters involving technology transactions, intellectual property (IP), data privacy and security, outsourcing and information technology (IT). Ms. Holpert drafts and negotiates agreements and advises clients on a wide range of matters, including software license agreements, software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, outsourcing agreements, online terms and conditions, development agreements, end-user license agreements, master service agreements, transitional services agreements, open source development and usage, and reseller agreements across various industries and technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), financial technology (FinTech) services, insurance, real estate, hospitality and gaming.
