She has extensive experience in real estate, having worked as a loan officer, account manager for a mortgage bank, property tax reduction specialist, and managed an 18-unit condominium complex where she was also the President of the Board. She purchased her first condominium unit in the 1990s and has been active in the real estate market since then, having purchased, sold, and managed multiple properties including single-family and multi-family homes in New York and other states. She is a landlord as well as a real estate investor, and possesses the knowledge of the process from start-to-finish to get the deal done, whether the transaction relates to renting, purchasing, or selling properties. Prior to her career in real estate, Emily worked in the financial industry as a sales assistant for a hedge fund and various other brokerage firms including Bear Stearns Co.
