Elmira Danielyan is experienced in defending clients throughout key phases of civil litigation, such as law and motion and discovery, and preparing complex matters for trial and arbitration. She is well-versed in mediation and has successfully settled numerous cases. During her career, Elmira has represented major credit card companies in commercial and consumer debt collection matters and defended clients involved in Homeowners' Bill of Rights matters. Additionally, Elmira has experience in post-judgment enforcement law and assisting clients with collection of large judgments that were not paid by the judgment debtors. She also has in-house counsel experience with a provider of medical billing and a credentialing company, representing primarily radiology groups in the Los Angeles area. Prior to joining GRSM Elmira practiced business litigation and product liability law at a California firm serving businesses, insurance companies and the public sector.
